Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs SAR 249 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 9 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for SAR 125 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
You haven't added any cots.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note there are special Meal rates during Ramadan.

During Ramadan there will be no club access.

Please note there is different pricing for Extra Beds in Ramadan.

Please note Food and beverage items during Iftar and Sahour took in the restaurants must be consumed in the outlet only. As per policy, no food and beverage item from the outlet can be taken away and can only be consumed in the dining venue.

Hotel reserve the rights to charge 1 nights payment irrespective of prepayment policy if guest reserve more than 3 rooms at any given point in order to reduce fake bookings.
