Policies

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in along with the ID (Passport or National ID)

If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements.

For Ramadan (11 March 2024 through 09 April 2024) The standard check- in time is after 16:00 hrs. And the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. For Ramadan period.

Please note that for the month of Ramadan Breakfast will be served as IFTAR.

Please note that dinner will be served as Sahour.

Children Rate Policies will apply in the Month of Ramadan as Below:
Accommodation Policy:
Children 6 and under can stay for free till 10 years Sharing parents
Children from 11 Years old can stay for SAR 150.00 per child per Night as Extra Bed

Children up to 6-year-old free room and meals – Children from 7 to 12-year-old free room and 50% discount on meals, with a maximum of one Child in the rooms & two children for the suites.
